Mid-Year Enrollment Checklist

Thank you for selecting Muhammad University of Islam as your child’s Educational Partner! Please review and utilize the below checklist to prepare you and your family to begin their journey at the Muhammad University of Islam.

  1. Logon your Quickschools account. Here you will find your child’s schedule, classes, instructors, grades, and more.

    1. For new parents, access to quickschools has been sent to the email you submitted on your application.

    2. If you have any trouble accessing your quickschools account please email us at office@muiwest.org

    3. Quickschools is a Student Information System where you can view student grades, schedule, and contact instructors among other things.

  2. Submit a Student Biography here. Please submit within 7 days. (est. time: 5 minutes)

  4. Order your child’s class school uniform

    1. Click HERE (for boys). Bowties coming soon!

    2. For girls, please call one of our seamstresses:

  5. You will receive an email address and password for your child. The address will end in “@muiwest.org.” Please ensure your child logs in as it will be the access point for Google Classroom, IXL, Remind, and other digital technologies.

  8. Before the first day of school, please make sure that your child is groomed and ready. Please plan to have your child present on the nearest Monday to your review of these steps.
